System Maintenance

To ensure the stability and continuity of our system, the Credit Union will be conductiong our regularly scheduled quarterly system maintenance on Wednesday, May 22, from 1:00 am to 6:00 am HST.

During the maintenance window, all services including Home Banking, ATM access, our 24/7 call center, debit cards, shared branch access, online loan applications, online bill pay, and automated phone banking will not be available.  The only services not affected by this event are our HLEFCU Platinum Mastercard credit cards and the MoneyDesktop MoneyMobile app.

If you have any bill payments and/or loan or credit card payments from another institution scheduled during this maintenance period, we recommend you rescheduled these payments to occur either the day before or the day after the maintenance window.  Further, if you have any automatic transfers scheduled to post during this time we recommend you verify that your transfer(s) has been completed successfully once our system comes back online.

Should you have any questions regarding our system maintenance event, please give us a call at 808.973.4311, toll-free at 1.866.351.4311, or visit one of our branches.

Thank you for your continued support.  We look forward to serving you again soon.
