Cookies

Cookies are pieces of information stored directly on the device you are using. Cookies we use do not contain or capture unencrypted Personal Information. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the site, pages visited, language preferences, and your relationship with us. We use the information for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively, to personalize/tailor your experience while engaging with us, and to recognize your device to allow your use of our online products and services. We collect statistical information about the usage of the site in order to continually improve the design and functionality, to monitor responses to our advertisements and content, to understand how account holders and visitors use the site and to assist us with resolving questions regarding the site. We also utilize cookies for advertising purposes. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, pixels, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our website.

Geolocation Information

Please be advised that the Cards App periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features designed to help prevent fraudulent card use and provide certain card alerts. Geolocation information is only collected and used if expressly authorized by you. At your discretion, the Cards App may be set to continuously monitor your geolocation only while the Cards App is in active use or not at all. You may change your Cards App geolocation permissions at any time in your device settings.

Google Analytics

Many websites and apps use Google services to improve their content. When they integrate Google services, these sites and apps share information with Google. We use Google Analytics to better understand how users are visiting and using our sites. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. You may review further information about how Google Analytics collects and processes data and how to control the information sent to Google at “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” at google. com/policies/privacy/partners/.

Google Analytics, Google, and Android are the property of Google LLC, an unaffiliated provider of products and services used by the Credit Union.

iOS Device Analytics

iPhone Analytics may include details about hardware and operating system specifications, performance statistics, and data about how you use your devices and applications. None of the collected information identifies you personally. Personal data is either not logged at all, is subject to privacy preserving techniques such as differential privacy, or is removed from any reports before they’re sent to Apple. You can review this information on your iOS device by going to Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements and looking under Analytics Data.

If you have consented to provide Apple with this information, and you have Location Services turned on, the location of your devices may also be sent to help Apple analyze performance issues (for example, the strength or weakness of a mobile or Wi-Fi signal in a particular location). This analytics location data may include locations such as the location of your devices once per day, the location where a call ends, or the location of a failed in-store transaction. You may choose to disable Location Services for Analytics at any time. To do so, go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services and tap to turn off iPhone Analytics.

If you agree to send Analytics information to Apple from multiple devices that use the same iCloud account, we may correlate some usage data about Apple apps across those devices by syncing using end-to-end encryption. We do this in a manner that does not identify you to Apple.

You may also choose to disable Device Analytics altogether. To do so, go to Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements, and turn off Share iPhone Analytics. If you have an Apple Watch paired with your iPhone, then tap to turn off Share iPhone & Watch Analytics.

By using these features, you agree and consent to Apple’s and its subsidiaries and agents’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information as described above.

At all times, information collected by Apple will be treated in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.apple.com/privacy

iOS Device Analytics, iPhone Analytics, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Apple are the property of Apple Inc., an unaffiliated provider of products and services used by the credit union.
