Member Service Representative I

Under the immediate supervision of the Member Service Supervisor, the Member Service Representative I provides front office and administrative support to the branch by providing excellent member service and processing member transactions.

 

Qualifications

  • Education/Certification: High school graduate or general education degree and equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
  • Required Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Credit Union operations products and applicable policies and standards. Basic knowledge of Credit Union loan products. 
  • Experience Required: At least one year of operations experience in a Credit Union or similar financial institution.
  • Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate well in person or over the phone. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Great member service skills. Proficient in operating related computer applications and business equipment.

Member Support Representative

Using your knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services, you assist members calling in with questions, making payments, or needing help navigating Credit Union applications.  A keen sense of listening skills aids you in identifying the member’s need and quickly analyzing and resolving the problem.  Your interaction with members is always prompt and courteous.  You are able to accurately record details of each call while adhering to Federal and State regulations and company policies.

 

Qualifications

  • 1-year prior experience in a member service role at a full-service financial institution
  • General knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Accounting Associate

This position provides clerical and technical support to the Accounting Department by following standardized procedures that comply with generally accepted accounting principles and State and Federal banking regulations by performing routine accounting functions on a daily basis.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, required.  Associate’s degree in business administration or accounting, preferred
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner 
  • Works well in a group or independently
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Basic computer skills especially in use of MS Office business software programs, required.
  • Six months to one-year related experience in an accounting office setting preferred.
