2. Report the fraud to HLEFCU
Speak to one of our member services representatives as soon as possible to report any unauthorized transactions at 808.973-4311. Acting quickly can help stop further fraudulent activity and protect your identity from future fraud. Depending on the type of fraud, a security freeze, account closure or a card replacement may be necessary to secure your financial assets.

3. Update your information & log-in credentials

4. Set up alerts through your Cards App
Activate fraud alerts within your Cards App is an essential step in monitoring your credit or debit account(s). Real-time notifications can be sent directly to your phone about your transactions and can make your banking experience easier to manage.

5. Regularly monitor your accounts
Continue to monitor your accounts regularly and report any suspicious activity. Recognizing unauthorized transactions or banking errors early can prevent long-term damage.
