A secure and streamlined verification process for our members to verify their identity with a QR code when visiting any of our shared branching locations with an out-of-state ID and plans to make an account withdrawal.
How To Set up IDCheck
Member Requirements:
• Non-expired government ID (ex: driver's license)
• Account
number
• Last four digits of SSN
1. Scan the IDCheck QR code with your mobile device.
2. Type "Hawaii Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union" in the text box.
3. Enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
4. Snap a picture of your government-issued ID (military ID's are not accepted due to federal regulation).
5. Take a selfie with your phone camera.
6. Retrieve access code (click "yes" to remember your device for a faster banking experience your next visit!).
7. Provide the access code to a Member Service Representative (code is valid for 20 minutes).
